The mandate spans private vaults in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, London, Switzerland, and Canada, requiring coordinated oversight across several regulatory and logistical environments.

The engagement involves hallmarked bars produced by LBMA‑accredited refineries, with the transaction structured on a CIF basis. Given the scale of the bullion and the number of jurisdictions involved, the process requires disciplined verification procedures, secure information management, and strict adherence to established chain‑of‑custody standards.
